The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and upholding the quality standards synonymous with the John Deere brand. Proven experience as a technician or mechanic, preferably in the agricultural or heavy equipment industry. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment, particularly John Deere products. Strong understanding of diagnostic tools, software, and equipment, including the ability to interpret and act upon diagnostic codes and reports. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
