Job Summary:

As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You will work closely with our service team to ensure every vehicle is serviced promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other preventive services. Repair and replace faulty parts and components, including engines, transmissions, and other critical systems. Provide clear and accurate documentation of all repairs and services performed. Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure vehicles are completed promptly. Communicate effectively with customers and explain necessary repairs and maintenance recommendations. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent and additional automotive training or certifications are a plus. Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (minimum of 1-3 years preferred). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Proficiency with computerized diagnostic tools and repair software. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
