• The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs and develops tests and test-automation. This position collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.
• Responsibilities
• + Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design + Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites + Use test driven development in an agile environment + Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutions + Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions + Consistently apply best practices and drive for continuous improvement + Actively participate in Agile ceremonies + Other duties as assigned •Education & Experience•+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship •Additional Qualifications•+ •SQL Server, MySQL, C#, .

• Preferred Qualifications
• + •Knowledge in Angular, Blazor, Entity Framework EF ORM•+ •

Basic:

• Experience in EDI transactions, particularly the 278-transaction set, data integrity, and troubleshooting skills, as well as your understanding of healthcare-specific EDI concepts
• + •Comfortable working long-term in existing applications and creating enhancements by modifying and adding code/configuration•+ Be able to self-start and learn quickly.

+ Have a growth mindset and willing to learn continuously. + Prior healthcare industry good to have but not required. + Potential interest in converting, no sponsorship needed. + Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) + Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery model + Previous experience in PBM / health care industry + Understanding of security implications of domain
