Job Requirements Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience Required:
At least 6 months related patient access team experience with proven aptitude, knowledge of current procedures and demonstrated skill in assisting others; or, must be at least 1 year prior patient access experience if with another team or organization. Skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong computer and relevant application use skills Ability to assist and teach others Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors and trends Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation Demonstrates understanding and consistent practice of need for privacy and confidentialityLicensure/Certification/Registration Preferred:
