The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in BMW service and repair, with experience working on BMW vehicles. This position requires a meticulous individual that has a keen understanding of BMW vehicles and can accurately diagnose issues. Duties Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex BMW issues. Communicate effectively with teammates regarding vehicle condition, necessary repairs, and severity of issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members in order to properly sell required services/repairs Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience as a BMW Automotive Technician, preferably in a dealership setting. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including diesel engine repair. Familiarity with BMW vehicles is a requirement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members. Technicians are required to bring their own personal tools, while all factory special tools and diagnostic equipment are provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
