Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional passionate about wealth management and client success? We are seeking a Wealth Operations and Client Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll provide critical administrative support, playing a key part in managing our clients' wealth and financial affairs. You will collaborate with the Operations Team and financial institutions, focusing on client onboarding, account administration, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients by collecting, reviewing, and organizing necessary documentation. Prepare paperwork for advisory accounts, life insurance policies, and annuities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing all forms and agreements. Track client transactions and transfers by coordinating with financial institutions. Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Open and maintain client accounts across multiple financial institutions. Update client information and account details in internal systems. Monitor and manage account activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Address client inquiries regarding account status, transactions, and documentation. Maintain accurate client information in the CRM. Prepare and process paperwork for transactions such as trades, transfers, and beneficiary updates. Provide ongoing client and advisor service via email and phone communication. Support Family Office Directors and clients during onboarding and servicing processes. Collaborate with Financial Advisors to strengthen client relationships. Partner with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance) to resolve issues. Contribute to the development and maintenance of wealth management systems and processes.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Strong understanding of wealth management practices. Proven experience in wealth management administration or a similar role. At least 2 years of experience with custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity) and other financial institutions. 2+ years of wealth operations experience (required). Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Professionalism, integrity, and leadership qualities. Proficient in GSuites Applications (Doc, Sheet, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred, Not Required Qualifications:
Active 66 or 65 (or equivalent) licenses Life & Health Insurance License Experience with Schwab and Fidelity platforms Strong understanding of financial planning principles Proficient with financial software, CRMs, and remote communication tools Technologically savvy and comfortable in a hybrid/remote environmentTo Apply:
