OBJECTIVES
Overall supervision and responsibility of a Plumbing department. Ensure that all technicians within your division are increasing and retaining the number of company preventative maintenance customers on a daily basis. Review and help complete technician tickets daily in the P.O.S. software. Create, approve and submit proposals to customers on a daily basis as they are required. Interview and hire prospective candidates based on a set of requirements alongside HR. Perform service, repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide range of Electrical systems, including generators in residential settings. Serve as a leader and mentor to fellow Plumbing professionals. Actively monitor KPIs and Metrics for your department. Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in Plumbing systems and components to provide customers with up-to-date information and recommendations. Conduct thorough inspections of generator systems, diagnose malfunctions, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements. Communicate with customers to explain system issues, proposed solutions, and associated costs, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns. Generate sales leads and promote the company's Electrical products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and value. Provide accurate and detailed estimates and quotes for repair or replacement services, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. Follow up with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and aid with scheduling necessary repairs or installations. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and pricing to effectively educate customers and promote value-added solutions.
COMPETENCIES
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to customers and promote Plumbing products and services. Shows great progressive leadership abilities. Demonstrates high alignment with the company's Core Values. Strong familiarity with Plumbing systems, components, and controls, including knowledge of a variety of brands and models. Ability to provide accurate estimates and quotes for repair or replacement services, taking into account labor, materials, and associated costs. Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain customer records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up. Maintains a strong Teamwork mentality and willingness to aid the team in their professional growth.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential and commercial Plumbing services preferred Texas Responsible Master Plumbing License preferred, but not required Must possess valid state driver's license and clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, bending, climbing, sitting, small crawl spaces and heights Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Wear safety attire, such as goggles or other protective clothing Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc. Work in high or elevated places and/or in tight spaces Ability to withstand hot and cold indoor and outdoor temperatures Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements
