As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be creating things like schedules, work orders, job cards and updating spreadsheets and databases. This position is highly visible and requires excellent customer service capabilities. You will be covering Front Desk duties as needed while maintaining a positive approach when interacting with customers and other employees. You will assist other Teams as needed while providing a high level of computer, strong interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills. What you'll do: Create scheduling deposits, project midpoint, and final delivery invoices and send to the customer and project manager in a timely manner. Create the consume sheet and bid summary files using Excel to calculate the correct Sell, Cost, and estimated hours for each proposal. Conduct final review of work orders and dispatch invoices to customers. Make any adjustments as needed to invoice correctly per the pricing and terms of the customer proposal, to include invoicing per OEM warranty programs (i.e. Honeywell MSP, Dassault Falcon Care, etc.) Create the work order, job cards, firm price sell, and enter estimated labor hours into theRPA AS400
operating system. Assist operations with work order completion through communication, proactive actions, and positive reinforcement of StandardAero procedures and guidelines. Create the hangar books used by Operations to manage the work required within their respective departments. Assist the Credit Team to track customer payments and correct application of funds to the work order. Assist Credit Team and Project Manager with resolving any invoice discrepancies. Maintain positive communication with all departments through work order start and finish to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. Cover the Front Desk duties when needed and maintain a positive approach when interacting with customers and other employees.Position Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. High School Diploma or equivalent. Communicates effectively with customers (both internal and external), demonstrating effective use of written, verbal, non-verbal, and active listening skills, employing relevant knowledge, skills, and judgment to achieve organizational goals. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Quantitative, detail-oriented aptitude with high degree of accuracy. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills that include demonstrated experience with negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service. A commitment to professional practice and continuous professional improvement. Working knowledge of company instructions and export compliance. Thorough knowledge of production management, inventory purchasing and sales/marketing computer information systems. Working knowledge of PC's including the use of Microsoft Office productivity software with the ability to adapt to changes in technology (both hardware and software). Strong data entry and typing skills Knowledge of products in respective business unit/site and technical skills appropriate to role. Ability to manipulate a calculator, keyboard, and telephone Ability to read varying types of material Ability to speak intelligibly on the telephone and in person Ability to bend for filing Ability to sit for long periods of time in a sedentary positionSalary:
