We are a family-owned and operated sign shop looking for a well-rounded person to help with all aspects of sign graphic department. Sign experience and knowledge of materials used in a sign graphics department is a HUGE plus. Looking for production tech for digital print division of Insignia Signs, Inc. Past sign experience a plus, as well as vehicle graphic installation experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting in printing and cutting of vinyl graphics, posters, banners and stickers. Preparing vinyl graphics for application Installing vinyl graphics on multiple substrates and vehicles. Other responsibilities could include answering phones, routine maintenance of equipment, and organizing the work area. Design experience required, but this is not a graphic design position. Attention to detail, and ability to stay on task are paramount. Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally. Hours are M-F 8-5P, punctuality very important. Pay based on experience. General job duties:

• Sign design and production
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Consult/interface with customers by phone and in person
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Maintain company signage equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills and techniques necessary to meet customer's needs Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker
• design and production
• Background in vinyl creation and application
• Experience with large format digital printing
• Strong computer skills and design creativity
• Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with RIP software
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication and people skills Additional preferred qualifications:
• -Large Format Printer and cutter experience
• -Be Able to Learn or Assist in Vehicle wrap installation
• -Knowledgeable in color management
• -Certified installation professional helpful (3M, Avery, etc.)
• -Experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
