We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! Hospital Details Vibra Hospital of Sacramento, located in Folsom, CA, is a 58 bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families. Responsibilities Responsible for the coordination of all unit staffing plans, participating in the assessment of staffing needs, scheduling nursing personnel hours, adjusting staffing as required, and calling in replacement personnel at the discretion of nursing leadership. Additionally this position is responsible for assisting with various human resources forms and processes, including but not limited to status changes, new hire forms, requisitions, arranging follow up interviews with applicants, and tracking evaluations and absences. Performs timecard edits and runs appropriate time and attendance reports.Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in scheduling and time and attendance tracking required. Minimum of one (1) previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
