Position Overview:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Production department and ensure operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a background in manufacturing, and experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production associates and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Approve production in press and rewind departments.
• Collaborate on production planning.
• Support performance management by setting goals and coaching associates for growth.
• Prepare and distribute shift notes, track inventory, and manage timecards.
• Maintain adherence to the safety standards and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Promote continuous improvement and skill development among production staff.
• Provide timely updates on job statuses and resolve delays or shortages.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in the flexographic printing industry, with three years in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Experience with shrink packaging a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
