Duties Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process of residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood dynamics. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes. Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to attract potential buyers or tenants. Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.
