We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with businesses, assessing their insurance needs, and providing comprehensive solutions to mitigate risks. This role requires strong communication, sales expertise, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential business clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Assess clients' commercial insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
• Present and explain insurance policies, terms, and coverages to clients clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to secure the best terms and pricing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and process applications efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, brokerage, or a related role (Minimum two years).
• Active insurance producer license (Property & Casualty required).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with business clients.
• Goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
