Job Description

Remote - Talent Acquisition Coordinator Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic technology company to bring on a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a short-term contract engagement. This fully remote role is ideal for a polished professional with a background in TA or HR coordination, who has hands-on experience with iCIMS and thrives in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments. What You'll Be Doing:
Own the coordination of candidate interviews across multiple departments and time zones, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. Serve as the main point of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams regarding interview scheduling and changes. Support with system administration tasks within the iCIMS ATS, including data entry and audit support. Troubleshoot calendar and tech issues using platforms such as Zoom, Outlook, and MS Teams. Help maintain consistent candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process. Provide ad hoc administrative support to the TA team as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Prior experience coordinating interviews and meetings for corporate-level roles. Familiarity with navigating time zone differences for global or national teams. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset. Comfort in managing fast-changing priorities in a collaborative, virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred. Background in talent acquisition or human resources coordination roles. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and internal systems. TalentMatch®
