CERTIFIED SAFE SCHOOL OFFICER

Confisa Group Duval County, FL We are looking for a dedicated School Security Officer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Monitoring and enforcing security protocols. Responding to emergencies and critical incidents. Building positive relationships and preventing conflicts. Conducting safety drills and training sessions. Preparing reports and related documentation.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Training in law enforcement, military, or security.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in the military, law enforcement, corrections, security, or emergency response. Advanced proficiency in firearms and tactical training. Intermediate knowledge of emergency response systems and protocols, as well as incident reporting and documentation tools. Ability to stand, walk, and move both indoors and outdoors for extended periods. Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Key Competencies:

Crisis management and problem-solving. Communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of school policies and law enforcement procedures.

Required Licenses:

Valid D, G, DL, and CCW licenses. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Certifications:

SAFE School Officer Certificate.

Other Requirements:

Must pass a drug test, psychological evaluation, and background check.

Must possess own equipment:

firearm, duty belt (with Level 3 retention holster), and a total of 5 magazines. Must be available to meet all in-person job requirements.
