We provide a positive, fun workplace where employees are appreciated. The Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment for management positions within centers identified with critical staffing needs. This role will work collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functionally with Field Leadership to understand needs of the business, leverage a variety of tools and analytics in order to develop strategic plans that solve complex problems, and drive candidate flow.Essential Functions:
+ Actively work to meet/exceed the customer's (internal and external) expectations by understanding, anticipating, and meeting their needs. Exhibit proactive communication; act and think with customers in mind. + Work collaboratively in a manner that is friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic. + Manage full cycle recruitment for all management positions within centers of assigned Division, prioritizing Director positions within critical markets, and other management roles as assigned. + Leverage Indeed, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to drive candidate flow; work with Sourcing Advisor within assigned area to determine other sourcing tools and resources. + Lead intake meetings with DM and HRBP for new openings to understand needs of position and current state of center's performance. + Partner with Talent Advisor for status updates on needs of the business and create action plan for current and upcoming management openings. + Utilize analytics and internal business partners to understand needs of center and open position. + Attend and participate in monthly District calls to build relationships with Field Leadership and better understand the needs of the specific District. + Create and maintain documentation and records in accordance with Talent Acquisition team processes.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ High school diploma required. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration strongly preferred. + 2 years' experience in Human Resources or Recruiting required. + Full-cycle recruiting experience required.Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. + Base salary range: $65,000-$70,000 + This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.Health and Wellness Benefits:
