The Field Service Technician's primary responsibility is to support the O&M activities to maintain the performance of the solar systems and provide great customer experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Successfully troubleshoot solar systems Identity and replace non working inverters Install hardware, PV modules, inverters, and monitoring equipment Complete all system warranty repairs and service requests within a timely manner Able to identify/isolate roof leaks Ability to repair all types of Roofs Stucco patch Paint match Replace broken roof tiles Perform any other duties as assigned. Successfully complete Scopes of work with minimum return trips Maintain safe work practices Communicate with customer while on site keeping them up to date on Scope of work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

3 years Solar Service Technician experience Strong home construction or residential electrical knowledge, PV installation experience is a plus. Extensive customer service skills. Excellent judgment in customer relations and managing company resources. Strong written and communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of management. Detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments. Excellent customer service skills Maintain a clean and safe working environment Must have a valid state driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must have Hand tools for the trade
