Position Summary:

As a Mobile Service Technician , you will represent Power Ford out in the field by performing maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles at customer homes or businesses. This role is perfect for a customer-focused technician who values independence, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements). Diagnose minor vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle, ensuring tools and inventory are organized and stocked. Accurately document services performed and communicate clearly with customers. Provide a friendly, professional experience that reflects the Power Ford brand. Uphold safety and compliance standards at all times. Collaborate with the service department to schedule and coordinate mobile visits efficiently.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford certification is a plus). Strong diagnostic skills and ability to perform routine maintenance and light repair work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
