You will alo maintain inventory of pare device for the ite and make ure the latet update and operating ytem(OS) are intalled on the device. ' Cloud Operation & Innovation (CO+I) i the engine that power our cloud ervice. A a CO+I DCT, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infratructure and foundational technologie for ' online ervice including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Azure platform. Required Qualification:

High chool diploma, GED, or equivalent and baic knowledge of computer hardware and component AND 2+ year experience upporting IT equipment or related technology OR equivalent experience Ability to work 12-hour hift, including hift aignment during non-tandard buine hour that may include evening, nighttime, weekend and/or holiday.

Preferred Qualification:

Aociate degree in computer cience or other field and/or equivalent work experience. 3+ year' experience upporting IT equipment or related technology. 2+ year' experience working in a production, miion-critical 24x7x365 data center environment. Applicable certification: ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Baic Structure Cabling (BSC), Data Center Foundation Certification (DCFC), Certified al (MCP), Vendor-Specific Network Certification. You will apply advanced diagnotic and troublehooting expertie to quickly identify the caue of iue, then guide technician to replace faulty component. You'll alo follow procedure to communicate and report any incident, and will decommiion hardware for complex change. You will contribute to iue tracking and client relation, help collect ervice metric, and maintain an awarene of key performance indicator. You'll alo demontrate an undertanding of cro-functional upport procee, and train other technician while on the job.
