Salary:
$27-$36 per hour

Shift Location:
Riverside, MO Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform inspections using portable measuring arms, laser trackers, and hand gauges such as micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges Analyze and develop reports using digital metrology software and company templates Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute inspection and test plans Maintain calibration of measurement tools and overall gauge system Initiate nonconformances and support root cause and corrective actions as needed Keep a clean and organized work area adhering to safety and quality standards Demonstrate consistency in decision-making and performance Perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support group objectives Lead and support quality initiatives among peers from production and QC Communicate quality-related issues effectively and constructively Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Technical training or certification in metrology or related field preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum 3 years of inspection experience using laser trackers, portable measuring arms, or similar tools Heavy Machinery experience Proficient with handheld measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauges) Experience using digital metrology software for data analysis and reporting Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Consistent attendance and reliability Interested?
