This is an entry-level position ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a technical environment. You will primarily assist in managing and resolving tickets, helping ensure the engineering team remains focused and productive. Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team for requirement understanding, solution, implementation and deployments. Collaborate with the Product Team, Developers, and any other stakeholders as needed. Analyze business and technology challenges and suggest solutions. Monitor and triage incoming JIRA support tickets related to internal and external tools, applications, and workflows. Provide first-level support for application-related issues, escalating more complex problems to engineering as needed. Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Communicate clearly with stakeholders to gather information, update ticket statuses, and provide resolution timelines. Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to internal processes. Write or modify small scripts in Python to automate routine tasks or support debugging efforts. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support smooth ticket resolution and application reliability.Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support or engineering role. Basic understanding of software development or IT concepts. Must be focused with extreme attention to detail and accuracy. Some experience or exposure to Python or other scripting languages (personal, academic, or internship-based is fine). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to ask questions. Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common business applications.Nice to have:
Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems (training will be provided). Hybrid We offer a hybrid/remote work environment.
