We are so excited to grow our Talent team! We're looking to hire an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Leadership Recruiting team and drive the next phase of Figma's engineering growth. Engineering leaders are some of our most critical hires here at Figma, and this role will be a key strategic partner in helping to identify, evaluate and close high potential leadership talent. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing engineering talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at

Pay Transparency DisclosureIf based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information. Figma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of engineering leadership rolesPartner with engineering leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key leadership rolesOwn and iterate on our interview processes and approach to successfully evaluate + excite engineering leadersCraft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talentDevelop a deep understanding of Figma's business and products, and communicate them effectively with candidatesAct as a direct extension of our engineering team and primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experienceTake a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and funnel metricsEffectively lead and contribute to cross-functional team projectsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:6+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in a high volume environment2+ years of experience full-lifecycle recruiting experience on technical leadership roles (Manager and above)Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategyDeep experience and knowledge of engineering communities, and the bleeding-edge technical trendsA track record of managing a healthy volume of candidates with a high rate of responsiveness and care to both internal stakeholders and candidatesDemonstrated success partnering with Engineering Leadership to navigate complex offer situations and overcome candidate objectionsDemonstrated success in hiring top technical talent at a premier tech company and/or high-growth startupWhile not required, it's an added plus if you also have:Used Figma's products!
