JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Technician will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of service experience in a direct to consumer environment, while mentoring a team of technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES

Ability to diagnose and repair all aspects, both software and hardware of the VinFast automobile Monitor the technical team's performance through KPI's Communicate and collaborate with all members of the service team Work with remote team to define repair process for new vehicle models. Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures Demonstrate attention to detail Create and maintain a clean working environment, leading by example Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the vehicle repair process Daily reporting of key metrics and progress. Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
