$5,000 Sign on Bonus- At Highgrove Dental Care we are seeking a Lead Dental Assistant.
- $35•38/hour based on experience with a 401K and a match and a $5,000 sign on bonus!
NO WEEKENDS!
Monday 7:00am- 3:00pm Tuesday 7:00am
- 3:00pm Wednesday 7:00am
- 3:00pm Thursday 7:00am
- 3:00pm
Friday Off Responsibilities:
As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to): Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room. Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow allOSHA/HIPAA
guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.Qualifications:
2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant preferred High school diploma or GED. Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended functions (RDAEF) as per state requirements State requirements such as CPR certification and/or Radiology Certification, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
