  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar & Battery installer with experience with Tesla battery storage, Enphase, Solar Edge, Franklin battery must be certified for Tesla Power 3 and Enphase at the least to join our dynamic team.
Commerical PV and battery install is a plus. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar and storage systems at various locations, ensuring that each system is set up efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Duties
  • Install solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
  • Communicating daily is essential via email, and CRM. Mandatory weekly.
  • Update CRM according to your job description. Data entry as needed.
  • Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
  • Conduct electrical connections, including high voltage wiring, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot installation issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction and installation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage components.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective installation processes.
  • Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with using voltmeters for testing electrical connections.
  • Capability to plumb installations accurately for optimal performance.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
