The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet established quality standards and specifications. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining company integrity and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Receive List of Daily Jobs and/or Repair Work Orders From Yard Manager and Office. Set Route and Drive in Company Truck to Each Job Location.

Please Schedule a Time with Homeowner if Doing a Repair Work Order. Physically Examine and Inspect Residential and/or Commercial Roofs During Installation and After Job Completion, Either by Traversing Up & Down Ladder or By Using a Drone. Ensure Crews On Site are Performing Proper Installation & Clean Up at Each Respective Location, Are Conducting Themselves Professionally and Using Proper Safety Procedures. Contact the Salesman on the Account, Thru Messaging on Acculynks or Via Mobile Text, to Let Them Know You're On Site and How Job is Progressing, or For Any Questions Regarding the Installation Process. Take a Multitude of Photos to Log History During and After Job Completion, and Upload To Their Respective Account on Acculynks. Pick Up Material That Crews May Be Running Short On, Either at the Shop or Thru Vendors, and Delivery To Them On Site if Needed. After Completion of Job, Make Contact with Homeowner via Call & Text to Schedule a Time to Perform Final Installation Inspection of Roof, Ensure Proper Clean Up of Customers Property, and Run Magnet Over Yard to Remove any Remaining Nails or Metal. Fill Out Punchlist Paperwork or Repair Work Order Paperwork of Problem Areas That Need to be Addressed, and Schedule Crew to Return to Fix Those Areas Before Close of the Next Business Day. Load All Material Remaining On Site if Any, After Job is Completed, and Return It to the Shop and Re-Stock in Inventory at Close of Business. Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a roofing and/or construction setting. Bilingualism in Spanish & English is preferred. Valid drivers license. Experience with Microsoft Office and AccuLynx software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments. Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.
