Pay Range $73,800.00-$101,500.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Position Overview :
This position exists to manage the coordination, scheduling and the delivery of a variety of support services to the facility including purchasing of raw materials for production, scheduling of product runs, and maintain the plants working capital metrics.
Your Day-to-Day:
Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to prescribed levels Utilize sales forecasts to estimate amount of raw materials and monitor inventory, track transportation and delivery Order raw/packaging material based on order entries and daily inventory report Record production and warehouse transfers Provide information to Production Department to aid with daily production schedule. Work closely with sales and marketing and the divisional SIOP team to develop accurate forecasts Manage all short lead time commitments and changes Actively communicate plant capacity profile, constraints and required machine downtime Manage plant order fulfillment activities Manage inventory locations and accuracy through cycle count management May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the
Team:
High School Diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience Bachelors degree preferred Demonstrated experience in scheduling or related function Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Working knowledge of SAP or ERP management systems Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and utilize problem solving capabilities Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year) May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds. Job is primarily centered in an office environment but employee will be exposed to a typical manufacturing facility (may be exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.).
