We're currently seeking a skilled and passionate Main Line Automotive Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and safety of our clients' vehicles.
Job Overview:
As a Main Line Automotive Technician with Royal Moore Toyota, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest industry standards. You'll work on a wide range of vehicles, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that every vehicle leaving our service area is in optimal condition, providing our customers with a safe and reliable driving experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of automotive maintenance and repair tasks, including engine diagnostics, brake inspections, fluid changes, tire rotations, and more. Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address potential safety concerns and maintenance needs. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations clearly and provide accurate estimates. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements through ongoing training and development. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed on each vehicle. Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily service targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited automotive technology program is preferred. 2+ years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role preferred. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. ASE certifications or relevant manufacturer certifications are a plus. Thorough understanding of automotive systems, components, and maintenance procedures. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.

Salary:
