Job Posting:

Internal and External Position Description Supports reliable and efficient generating station operations by maintaining all electric distribution equipment, all electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems/subsystems in a state of operational readiness. Performs complex and routine tasks independently or as the lead.

Essential Job Tasks:

Installs, calibrates, and tests new electrical equipment or existing equipment modifications. Maintains station instrumentation, pneumatic systems, and control systems. Troubleshoots and repairs complex and unique issues with these systems. Maintains power distribution equipment, motors, and associated control equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs complex and unique issues with these systems. Maintains environmental monitoring equipment including tuning, inspecting, and performing required repairs. Completes work order documentation including work performed, labor required, and materials used. Follows job plans to complete preventative maintenance on electrical and pneumatic systems. Maintains a 24-hour/day availability during rotating on-call shifts. Maintains 24-hour/day availability for emergency work at night, on weekends and holidays as needed. Provides guidance to less experienced technicians and supervises contract labor assigned to the group when required. Complies with all corporate safety requirements. Wears appropriate PPE at all times. Completes all safety and OSHA training requirements on time. Adheres to clearance procedures.

Preferred Experience:

Experience maintaining a DCS network to industry standards including installation of all manufacturer software updates and security patches. Ensure DCS cyber security patches are installed and updated as required. Working knowledge of

SERC/NERC/FERC

compliance requirements for a Combined Cycle generating facility. Experience maintaining distributed control systems and turbine control systems, with Mk VIe experience a plus. Position Requirements Will consider Technician A, B or C Technician A High School Diploma/GED + 5 years experience. A thorough knowledge of operations, electrical theory, and repair techniques of complex electronic and pneumatic control equipment is required Must be able to enter confined spaces, work at elevations above and below grade, accommodate overtime and on-call status as safely and reliably as possible.

Compensation Information:

$36.25 - $45.20 (min. - mid.) Technician B High School Diploma/GED + 2 years experience. A thorough knowledge of operations, electrical theory, and repair techniques of complex electronic and pneumatic control equipment is required Must be able to enter confined spaces, work at elevations above and below grade, accommodate overtime and on-call status as safely and reliably as possible.

Compensation Information:

$26.45 - $33.05 (min. - mid.) Technician C High School Diploma/GED. A thorough knowledge of operations, electrical theory, and repair techniques of complex electronic and pneumatic control equipment is required Must be able to enter confined spaces, work at elevations above and below grade, accommodate overtime and on-call status as safely and reliably as possible.

$21.55 - $26.90 (min. - mid.)
