IT Support Unity IT 2565 Alluvial Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611 Unity IT has an opening for an IT Support Technician. This position will provide remote and on-site support for our local business clients.

The following skills/experience are required:

Windows OS Active Directory (Creating user accounts, password resets, etc) Exchange / M365 (Creating mailboxes and configuring Outlook) TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP) Microsoft Office Help Desk Customer service skills are a must. This position will need to work independently and see a problem through to resolution.
