Our Client Support Associate team focuses on doing what's best for our charity partners and creating solutions that will leave a permanent and positive impression.
As A Client Support Associate, You Will Be:
Set up and attend local events regularly to spread our partner's mission and build lasting relationships with community members Deliver educational presentations to community members to increase awareness and support surrounding our charity partner's mission Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and support so they are up to date on program initiatives and milestones Accept and accurately notate donationsWe Look For Individuals With:

1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, fundraising, hospitality, or a similar role High school diploma or comparable certification Willingness to learn new skills Reliable transportationPerks:
