The Corporate Recruiter, reporting to the Human Resources Director, is responsible for executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to meet the organization's ongoing staffing needs. This role is focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. As a key partner to hiring managers, the recruiter will optimize recruitment practices and drive efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion within the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and staffing needs. Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies and provide ongoing advisory support throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize recruitment effectiveness. Lead recruitment marketing campaigns, attend job fairs, and build relationships with external agencies and universities to enhance the company's talent pool. Oversee the new hire onboarding process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and smooth transition into the company. Support diversity initiatives in hiring practices, ensuring fairness and representation across all levels of the organization. Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior and executive leadership, ensuring transparency in hiring progress and candidate status. Analyze recruitment trends and implement strategies to improve hiring processes and outcomes.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the nonprofit or human services sector. Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience managing social and professional media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) is required. Familiarity with cloud-based graphic design platforms like Canva and Adobe Express is a plus. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.Job Type:
