Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Traditional Business Hours Job Responsibilities Engage warm-to-hot leads and build strong relationships Identify key decision-makers and negotiate lease terms with landlords Prepare compelling sales proposals to maximize lease agreements Keep meticulous records of all communications and negotiations in the system Collaborate with internal teams to finalize deals and ensure seamless transactions Requirements 1-2 years of sales or negotiation experience - REQUIRED Strong persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills Background in customer service, call center, mortgage, insurance, or real estate (a plus!) High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree a bonus)
