Remote opportunity, Mond - Fri 8:00-5:00ish This need is to fill in the gaps as additional support is needed on the team. With that being said, there may be potential to extend or convert down the road but absolutely no guarantees (as this is NOT a temp-to-hire).MUST HAVES
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Ops/Tactical Sales Experience and skills with Salesforce and Tableau at an intermediate level, must know the interface of both programs Familiarity with Google sheets Ability to complete repetitive tasks with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with an agile team - heavy relationship driven. Must be adaptable to changes according to business needs (often without notice) Must have worked for at least a medium size company Cannot have more than 9 years sales operations experience (as they do not want someone overqualified) Must be familiar with Salesforce (CRM) to understand and be able to navigate through it. Helpful skills but not req'd: Tech industry experience is strongly desired, not requiredExcel Responsibilities:
To support the agent organization in Zillow, focusing on the relationship-driven aspect of sales, and working closely with the customer success team Assist with tactical sales operations and fueling the sales funnel Work with Rep facing, troubleshoot tooling (Salesforce), and resolve issues with other reports, turning on access, reviewing customer contact records, baseline reports, etc. Interact with sales reps, building and maintaining relationships, and working with ops teams Manipulate data, including tracking info when moving to the sales funnel and escalating issues Help with billing issues, including submission to billing teams, duplication, and cleanup of data Interview Process and team structure:Team:
3 people, part of the premier sales team supporting the flex business (highly relationship driven). One of the team members will be directing them and checking their work (who is highly attention to detail oriented).Other Job Posting Details
