Winterwood, Inc. Journeyman Plumber in Lexington , Kentucky Winterwood, Inc. is a growing family-owned property management company with 4 5 years of experience in the industry. The primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems and assisting the Master Plumber with the installation of new plumbing systems at various properties.

Full-Time Work Schedule:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (subject to overtime)

Compensation :

$25.00-30.00 per hour, based on experience, plus per diem allowance and monthly cell phone reimbursement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Install, repair, or replace residential and commercial water systems . Service plumbing fixtures and equipment . Installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment . Keep up to date with current safely regulations and requirements for plumbing . Maintain a clean and safe work environment . Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

: High School Diploma or equivalent . Valid Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License . 5 to 10 years of experience in the plumbing field . Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques . Knowledge of plumbing codes . Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material . Ability to diagnose and resolve problems . Must be self motivated. Understanding of health and safety regulations and the proper methods of storing equipment, material, and supplies. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Must have valid driver's license. In state travel required. Must pass all pre-employment testing including but not limited to drug testing and background screening.
