The position will support a wide range of activities within the talent management and talent acquisition functions. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruiting processes while contributing to broader HR initiatives that foster a positive employee experience and support our organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Audit applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support the recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings, social media campaigns, and career fairs/events. Conduct pre-employment screenings, including reference checks and background checks. Assist in the development and execution of employee recognition programs, managing events that acknowledge individual and team achievements. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including surveys, workshops, and team-building events. Manage Employee Recognition and Employee Engagement events, ensuring they align with our values and contribute to a positive work environment. Facilitate the Great Places to Work survey to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement. Celebrate employee milestones, including Birthdays and Anniversaries, creating a culture of appreciation and belonging. Partner with the marketing team to develop talent management content for the Careline Communication Café, our internal employee newsletter. Conduct regular check-ins to assess the progress of new hires and address any concerns, via phone,Zoom, or Microsoft Teams Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in an HR or talent acquisition role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with recruitment marketing and social media platforms. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong verbal communication skills, with experience conducting phone and video calls for business purposes.What We Offer:
