Your Role As our Industrial Equipment Technician, you will: Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery with precision Keep our facilities and grounds in top shape Implement preventative maintenance to avoid future breakdowns Create, update, and adhere to SOPs and JSAs Document all maintenance activities and repairs thoroughly Foster clear communication with production teams and management Ensure tools are well-maintained and accounted for Maintain a tidy and organized work environment Prioritize safety, always following our stringent procedures Anticipate and order necessary inventory parts Take on varied tasks as management sees fit What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: Expertise in areas such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and welding Skill in reading and understanding technical blueprints and schematics Basic literacy and numeracy skills A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training being a bonus Good manual dexterity The physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds The autonomy to work independently as well as thrive in a team setting A dedication to punctual and regular attendance Be a Part of Our Manufacturing Environment Experience a typical manufacturing setting where some heavy lifting and the use of personal protective equipment like safety glasses and hearing protectors are a part of your daily routine.
