In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and desktop support, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with users of varying technical expertise. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues across various platforms including Windows and Mac OS. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems, and office applications. Assist users with help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. Maintain and manage firewall configurations to ensure network security. Document all support interactions in the ticketing system for tracking purposes. Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and enhance user experience. Conduct regular maintenance on IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Skills Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop support issues on Windows and Mac OS environments. Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functionality. Experience with help desk operations and customer service best practices. Knowledge of IT infrastructure principles including network configurations and firewall management. Familiarity with various operating systems and office applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
