Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software. Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques either remotely or in person to provide best solutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties:
Provide first level contact and resolutions to employee technical issues in a timely manner. Properly escalate unresolved technical issues to the next level of support. Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources. Assist employees' technical education while problem solving to help lower repeat issues. Follow up with employees, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution. Ensure proper documentation. Preserve and grow your technical knowledge. Build and deploy laptops and desktops as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, presentations and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job. General Qualifications:
Computer Literacy skills to include Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products, networking principles and PC hardware. Education and/or Experience High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in IT support and possess computer literacy skills to include Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products, networking principles and PC hardware. Language Skills The ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing is essential. Mathematical Skills Basic math skills required. Reasoning Ability Must be able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a disciplined approach to oversee required tasks. The ability to understand the company's needs and requirements is essential. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Technical certificates preferred and can offset post-secondary education.
TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT
This position uses a computer extensively with demonstrated abilities in the use of Microsoft Office products as well as other common office type equipment.
