The Representative is expert in maintaining accurate, up-to-date demographic and financial information on each patient served. The Representative verifies information through patient-supplied materials or on-line verification as provided by the organization. The Representative communicates health benefit information including the organization's Discount Policy and financial obligations to patients served. The Representative has primary responsibility for answering all phone calls and requests made to the area of responsibility.
