What youll get to do:
Primarily responsible for all aspects of back-office processes after a commercial loan is underwritten. Supports Commercial Credit Services and requires substantial interaction with new and current bank clients. Provide loan administrative support for Lending team, including loan follow-up, correspondence, preparing of loan packages and presentations and all aspects of customer service for external and internal clients. Assist Underwriters in the administration of Real Estate Loans including appraisal coordination, closing agent coordination, and closing attorney communication and coordination. Responsible for all loan closings to include collection of needed documentation, payee information and proper loan packet setup for CCS (consumer or commercial loans). Verify completeness and accuracy of the credit application. Ensures all APPRO notes are followed and comply with FBB loan policy. Responsible for inbound and outbound phone communication to deliver loan decisions and obtain needed information to/from FB Agents or clients Coordinate the loan pipeline reporting process and follows-up on other reporting for the department. Review signed documents to ensure completion, disbursement of loan proceeds, collection of fees and the filing and recording of related collateral documents, including UCC-1s. Responsible for maintenance and organization of loan files Responsible for all follow-up documents for all loans needed annual reviews to include administration of all tickler reports and annual review reports.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with some college preferred 2 plus years experience in commercial lending (consumer and real estate a plus) 2 years experience working with web-based applications for purposes of research and follow-up in UCC filing statuses.
