Job Description

Automotive Service Advisor 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars 350 W Dickman Rd, Battle Creek, MI 49037 A Southwest Michigan Chevrolet Dealership is seeking candidates for a Service Advisor position. A utomotive Service Advisor Primary functions: Greet customers promptly Gather customer information Obtain accurate information regarding customer concerns Coordinate and monitor progress of vehicle repairs Communicate with technicians and customers Maintain accurate documentation electronically and on paper
Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:
Must have high school diploma, or equivalent Must have valid driver's license Must have general computer knowledge Must have general automotive knowledge Must be able to perform well under pressure Must have a positive attitude Must maintain a clean and organized work area Some experience preferred

Monday
  • Friday 7:00am
  • 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am
  • 1:00pm
  • Hours are flexible, coordinated with other staff
  • One to two Saturdays a month required
