The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanical repair, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently and correctly. Candidate's must have 5 years of relevant experience working with European/Import vehicles to be considered. We focus on high end European/Exotic vehicle's, the position available will focus on European makes & models with occasional JDM & Domestic overflow work. We have a newly established shop with a ton of brand new advanced equipment. Our shop is extremely clean and our processes insure the best chance of success. This position will be flat rate with a temporary guarantee to help smooth the transition. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical failures using various tools, including an ohmmeter. Perform repairs on defective equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent future malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve repair processes and product quality. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, particularly an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
