Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the production of high-quality products while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Production & Assembly :
Perform assigned manufacturing tasks, including assembling components, testing prototypes, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance :
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to optimize performance.
Quality Control :
Conduct inspections on parts and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate production logs, equipment maintenance records, and incident reports.
Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to complete production orders on time.
Safety & Compliance :
Adhere to internal policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in industrial technology or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical aptitude with proven knowledge of production processes and machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Skills & Competencies Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Time management skills to meet production deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members. Familiarity with CNC equipment or other numerical control machining tools is a plus.
