The Company provides engineering design support and metal processing, including laser cutting, tube laser cutting, CNC machining for precise metal parts production, and press brake forming for accurate metal forming. Additionally, EZ excels in manual and robotic welding processes, powder coating, and assembly, delivering complete and ready to-use products to its customers. The HR Generalist position is responsible for duties to include but not limited to: Manage Employee Payroll Functions Develop and Lead the Employee Activity Committee Update Human Resource and business standard processes and procedures Foster employee development, succession planning, and organizational capabilities Leverage and improve Human Resource functions to improve overall employee experience Be a flexible leader, willing and able to play different roles, such as: employee advocate, change agent, facilitator, and business partner Build and maintain strong teams and relationships across the business and community Foster a culture of Learning & Engagement that inspires performance, and leadership at all levels Actively develop and foster High Performing Teams climate Maintain active presence within the team, providing daily support and communication Support the development and implementation of human resources business strategies Maintains overall coordination of recruiting, hiring, placement, training, and development Provides support in development of business succession planning Participates in annual talent assessments and actions. Coordinates the enhancement of individual skills through the organization. Leads the development of appropriate attraction and retention strategies Builds strategies to improve employee relations at union-free manufacturing facilities. Maintain working relationships within the Human Resource Community Maintain professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities Promote activities to ensure achievement of EEO/AAP requirements and organizational talent objectives. Ensures human resources policies and practices are consistent with and support the Company's values and are following federal / country, state, and local guidelines, and regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience within high performing organizations. Previous HR experience in a high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing or assembly business. Strong Coaching, Consulting and Facilitation skills
PREFERRED
Successful track record as Human Resource Generalist Experience in organizational transformation Experience in developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives. Strong business acumen Well-honed and practiced analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative, risk-taking and results oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to accomplish work through others, including leading project teams Demonstrated experience in initiating and leading change, motivating others, and overcoming obstacles Self-directed work style, able to work autonomously and deliver results Ability to prioritize Reaches across boundaries internally and externally.
