Interlift, LLC, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join the team and work out of our manufacturing facility in Cerritos, California. If you like contributing your talents, and enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishment, then you have found the right place to build a future. Your Responsibilities Responsible for handling and entering large amounts of vendor invoices with high accuracy and attention to detail on a timely basis. Update and maintain vendor database, reconcile vendor statements Research invoice discrepancies with appropriate parties. Field vendor calls for status of payment on invoices. Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Perform bi-weekly check and ACH runs. Your Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, an associate degree in accounting preferred. 3-5 years of experience in general Accounting/Accounts Payable and understanding of accounting principle and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention detail and high degree of accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience working with SAGE is highly preferred
