Denver, CO Job Description:
Consultant IT team lead will Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer hardware, peripherals, printers, operating systems, software applications, networking, telecommunications, and video conferencing issues. Assist and coordinate with other Intermountain, Vendors and ITDS teams when on-site troubleshooting and evaluation is needed. Primarily responsible for providing direct customer support, answering questions, providing feedback, resolving customer incidents and fulfilling service requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Operating Level Agreements (OLA's). Travel to support team as required. Job Scope Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Adequately documents resolution to issues in ITIL ticketing system. Maintains and updates knowledge base. Keeps user base informed of systems changes (i.e., software/hardware upgrades, planned down times, system unavailability). Disseminates information to ITDS and end user base when appropriate. Updates support staff regularly on the status of projects, incidents, service requests and system changes. Responds to messages according to priority schedule. Supports new and existing systems while keeping abreast of technological changes. Participates as the primary agent in the setup and implementation of desktop systems, which includes, but not limited to, hardware, software, network connectivity, telecommunications and backup systems. Maintains and updates policies and procedures. Work within a project team environment to ensure that a quality product is produced, on time and within budget. Contribute to the development of work plans, tasks, and time estimates. Ensures day-to-day activities are completed according to OLA's and SLA's. Identify and rectify any staffing and equipment gaps. Makes process improvement suggestions and recommendations. Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain, and abides by service behavior standards. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.Preferred Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. At least two to five (2-5) years of experience in an administrative role.Physical Requirements:
Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing- and•Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands•and•See and read computer monitors and documents•and•Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment•and•May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.
