Job Summary:

The Shop Delivery Scheduler will work under the Shop Operations Manager and be responsible for scheduling deliveries, assisting with inventory, and a variety of other tasks as assigned.

Position Description:

Scheduling all deliveries for the main shop (roughly 600 per month). Scheduling our main HVAC vendors return pickups and keeping track of GoFormz Assist the Safety Team with orders, inventory and pulling safety items for the field and office. Assist Shop Operations Manager with any administrative tasks as needed. Other Shop Tasks as needed.

Licensing and Experience:

Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication, with previous scheduling experience as a plus. Ability to react to unexpected situations and make decisions independently to meet business needs.
