Deposit Operations Specialist Location:
San Francisco, CA Job Responsibilities Assist new and existing client relationships Ensure new accounts processes are adhered to including required documentation, retention, and all regulatory requirements including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer. Maintain in-depth understanding of products and services and correcting any errors and responding to all client inquiries promptly. Support with collecting loan applications, financial documents of prospects. Responsible for product setup and deposit operations, Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness Assist with addressing client complaints and inquiries; maintain contact with clients through telephone or written communication, as needed. Assist with contacting clients on maturing CDARS and CDs in a timely manner for transfers and reinvestments. Ensure all bank-required training is completed on time. Complete any other assignment that is deemed necessary by the head of private banking to grow business.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of banking operational knowledge of deposit and cash management banking regulations. Excellent oral and written communication skills High level of interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel; knowledge of Salesforce. A thorough knowledge of all bank services, deposit compliance regulations, Bank Secrecy Act, and management experience. A high level of client service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the Bank and to represent the Bank positively to current and potential clients.
