Position Description:

The Information Technology Department is looking for an IT Support Coordinator who will be responsible for the organization and management of new and used IT equipment inventory. This is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in starting your career in Tech. We are prioritizing candidates who live in the CT, MT or PT time zones in the United States.

Position Duties:

Take ownership of all Internal IT logistics operations Coordinate and manage inventory of new and used IT equipment Follow logistics processes and procedures Report inventory status to your manager and team Process delivery and retrieval of equipment on time leveraging 3rd party logistics partner Process incoming IT shipments with our 3rd party logistics partner Process and track warranty repairs for break/fix devices Meet deadlines for assigned projects Learn and provide support on Tier 1

Service Desk Operations Desired Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Have some experience in shipping, inventory, or IT Support Strong curiosity about growing a career in IT Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms a plus Intermediate knowledge in Excel Maintain a demeanor centered around customers and service Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Eagerness to learn Positive, adaptable attitude, and hard-working presence Attention to detail Standout colleague and dedication to get the job done, no matter how big or small Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines Hard-working and able to work independently in an office environment Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $49,000 - $53,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
